Margot McKinnon
Spark the Spirit Productions Calgary-based Margot McKinnon (BA, B.Ed, MA, PhD) is an author, public speaker, and former teacher of nearly 5000 high school students. She recently earned her doctorate from the University of Oxford. She researches and writes in the fields of professional health and wellness, marginalized learners, and spirituality for public education.
I am author of The Body, Mind, Spirit, Soul, Oneness Dominance Theory: A guide to elevating your 5 dimensions of self. The idea is that we have 5 dimensions, we are born dominant/gifted in one dimension, and we grow the others over time. In my book, I show how to be at your best in your 5 dimensions and how to rein in stress behaviours in your 5 dimensions. I am a public speaker and workshop/retreat facilitator.
